Cancellations

Clients acknowledge their understanding and acceptance of these terms upon engaging in Intuitive Hand's services and authorize charging the credit on file should these policies need to be enforced.

In my desire to be effective and fair to all entities involved, the following policies are active:​​

LATE CANCELLATIONS

Within 48 hrs of appt start time = 50% of service price due

Within 12 hrs of appt start time = 100% of service price due

All Packages

Within 12 hrs of appt start time = forgo that appt and a session deducted from package

LATE ARRIVALS

Regardless of the length of the treatment given, late clients will be responsible for the cost of a full session. 

NO SHOWS

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment will be charged 100% of service price due

Payment

The following payment options are accepted:

  • Cash

  • Venmo: @Intuitive-Hands

  • Zelle: Send payments to business phone number 512-850-3634

  • FSA/HSA card

  • Credit Card payments (Note: a merchant fee will apply)​

 

To cover the cost of processing a credit or charge card transaction, and pursuant to section 5-2-212, a seller or lessor may impose a processing surcharge in an amount not to exceed the merchant discount fee that the seller or lessor incurs in processing the sales or lease transaction.  A seller or lessor shall not impose a processing surcharge on payments made by use of cash, check, or a debit card or redemption of a gift card.

Please feel free to choose the payment method that is most convenient for you.  Gratuity is never expected but greatly appreciated.

Gift Cards, Packages, Programs

All gift cards, packages, auto-pay, and programs are:

- not transferable to other clients, and

- cannot be combined with other discounted offers.

All sales are final and expires one year from the date of purchase, however, I will honor an equal exchange (credit) for other services. 

Terms & Conditions

Applicable for all sessions as provided by Bichlien Tran of Intuitive Hands, including but not limited to, bodywork, energy work, coaching sessions, classes, or workshops.

  • ​By engaging in the services of Intuitive Hands, clients understand and agree that the guidance and support provided are not a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment by an MD.  Clients are responsible for consulting with a qualified healthcare professional for any medical concerns.  Clients affirm to state all my known medical conditions and answered all questions to the best of their knowledge.  Intuitive Hands assumes no liability for the consequences arising from the client's failure to communicate medical history or seek medical advice. 

  • Any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances made will result in IMMEDIATE termination of the session, and client is liable for the full payment of that session via the credit card on file.  

  • Intuitive Hands reserves the right to refuse service without explanation.
