Full Body Relaxation for stress management, recovery, or relaxation focused treatment using light to medium pressure on superficial muscle layers. Swedish Techniques such as effleurage, petrissage, friction, and tapotement calm the nervous system, improve circulation, and support connection to the parasympathetic state. Option to add heat therapy & light cupping for increased circulation treatment. Note: Full Body Relaxation Massages are only offered for 90 min or longer.
