Service Description
A customized session using a combination of various modalities for holistic care and maintenance. Techniques may include: Swedish relaxation, Deep Tissue Manipulation, Sports Therapy, Passive/Active Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, lymphatic Drainage, Cupping/Graston Therapy, or energy healing. Manual therapy may be paired with dynamic stretching, mobility, or corrective exercises following bodywork, depending on clients' needs.
