Service Description
Clinical treatment using medical massage techniques to achieve specific results. Treatment will be dependent on prescription by MD or insurance coverage policy, if applicable, for a localized area of pain or specific medical issue.

A seller or lessor shall not impose a processing surcharge on payments made by use of cash, check, or a debit card or redemption of a gift card.
